StoneProtek

StoneProtek is a water-based, self-curing, reactive polymer that protects porous and nonporous natural stones. It's designed to seal and protect sandstones and other architectural substrates from water and salt absorption, as well as environmental damage.

StoneProtek is a non-yellowing coating that neither alters the substrate's natural appearance, nor prevents the natural exchange of air and vapors. It penetrates deeply into the substrate, offering long-term protection and durability that prevents weathering and deterioration. StoneProtek is an eco-friendly coating that is safe and easy to apply with non-hazardous ingredients or fumes.

The time may vary based on prevailing conditions. One coat is usually sufficient however if a second coat is desired for greater protection, allow a minimum of 30 to 60 minutes between coats. The coating will reach optimal properties over 72 hours. Prior to application make sure that washed surface is allowed to dry at least 24 hours. Do not apply at temperatures below 50° F or above 90° F. Hold off the application if rain or heavy dew is imminent.
