Liquiguard PC-conc. is a concentrated pretreatment system that is designed to be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:7 (PC:Water). This water-based, polymer pretreatment system replaces commonly-used phosphates that are process-intensive, and neither eco-friendly nor biodegradable. This non-hazardous pretreatment creates a superior and more durable bond with the powder. And the final finish is smoother and more attractive because Liquiguard PC does not etch, or remove surface metal like conventional primers.

The application does not require multi-tank treatments, rinsing and passivating; and is applicable to most metals including steel, steel alloys, galvanized steel, aluminum, manganese, brass, etc. Liquiguard PC can also be used as a primer on non-metallic surfaces and hot dip galvanized surfaces. Also available in a ready to use (RTU) formula.
