Liquiguard^® PC Technical Data

1. Liquiguard^® PC standard formula is supplied ready to use. No diluting is necessary. On higher concentration formulas, only dilute using deionized water and to the maximum suggested dilution rate.
2. Make sure the substrate is degreased, clean and dry.
3. Liquiguard can be applied via spraying (HLVP, cup or gun fine mist nozzle) or dipping.
4. It is essential to use a thoroughly clean nozzle which is free of all acids (pH neutral) or contaminants.
5. Apply with an even spray that creates a light mist. Heavy spraying may cause the product to run.
6. Make sure to thoroughly cover all areas of the substrate.
7. DO NOT RINSE.
8. Let the substrate sit for 15-20 minutes or until tack-free, or heat in an oven at 375° - 400° F.
9. Depending upon concentration strength, dilution ratio, application method and efficiency, each gallon yields approximately 750 square feet of pre-treatment. Results may vary.
10. Store Liquiguard PC at ambient temperature between 55-120°F.
